Language - Joomla! 4.x • Only showing the English menu items, not the dutch ones?

I am desperate.

I have performed all the steps at https://www.joomlart.com/blog/how-to-cr ... ssociation

I have created an english menu (language English) and dutch menu (language dutch) and the main menu (all languages) at the website at https://ontwikkel11.comp-it-aut.nl/index.php/nl/
I have created the dutch and english website modules at module position7 and depublished the main menu.

I only see the English menu items when I press the English flag. However no dutch menu items when I press the dutch flag.
Can someone help me to fix this?

I have tried a lot but with no result.
